Welcome to Yellow House Yoga! We teach alignment-based slow-flow vinyasa to build strength and increase mobility. We draw on Iyengar training to build anatomically safe poses. Classes range from private sessions to groups of up to six students. As a teaching duo, Margie and Trina provide more individual feedback and hands-on support than your average studio class. With lots of love and laughter, we meet you where you are. We also offer several retreats each year. Join us!
